Privacy Policy

This policy covers zenradar.organizen.ai (the website, the free scan, and paid subscriptions) and the ZenRadar AI Visibility app for Shopify. Both are provided by Organizen ("we", "us"). It explains what we collect, why, where it is stored, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

1. What we collect

We do not collect your customers' personal data, your order data, or your card numbers. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and never reach our servers: we receive only the last four digits and the transaction status.

2. Where data is stored

Scan configuration and account data: Cloudflare KV (edge storage, US and EU regions depending on where the request comes from).
Scan history, score tracking, account records: Supabase (PostgreSQL, hosted in the United States, region us-east-1).
Payment records: Stripe, on Stripe's own infrastructure.

3. Subprocessors

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. It reaches the subprocessors above only to the extent needed to run the scan and the subscription you chose.

4. How long we keep it

Scan results: 12 months, so you can see your score trend, then deleted automatically.
If you cancel your subscription or uninstall the Shopify app: your domain, access token and email are deleted within 30 days.
Invoices and payment records: kept as long as accounting law requires, then deleted.
You can ask for earlier deletion at any time. See section 6.

5. Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. No API key or credential ever appears in the pages your browser loads. All traffic between your browser, your Shopify admin and our backend uses HTTPS/TLS.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have the right to:

Get a copy of the data we hold about you.
Have inaccurate data corrected.
Have your data erased. For the Shopify app this also happens automatically through Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks (customer data request, customer redact, shop redact) when you uninstall.
Object to, or restrict, certain processing.
Withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

7. Cookies and measurement

We use only what the site needs to work: a session identifier so your scan results come back to you, and no advertising cookie. If we later add audience measurement, it will appear here first, with a way to refuse it.

8. Children

ZenRadar is a business tool. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the product changes. Any material change is posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
